It’s cold out, but oddly I can smell summer today. Here’s a sneak peek of what we’ll have on tap…

When I first met Blair we were putting together our Nantucket store “One Orange.” He and his company, Next Step Realty, wanted to help and though we had many mutual friends, this was the first chance we had to get to know one another. I was blown away by how quickly and with what determination Blair works - which explains the succes of Next Step. They’re helping recent graduates around the world easily find great places to live post-graduation. Must be nice to have one less thing to worry about and Next Step has proven to be incredibly popular. It’s grown so fast that they’ve already acquired one of their competitors (and got their picture up in Times Square announcing the deal!). Lots of other accolades have come their way - sky seems to be the limit.
So we got to know Blair in Nantucket and he vividly embraced Jack Robie’s value of fun style and uncompromisingly high quality. He recently explained, “5 years ago I was 100% conventional - Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, Vineyard Vines. I’m now wearing Jack Robie shirts instead of those big-box retailers. I’m an individualist, I like being part of something at the beginning. The best part of Jack Robie is the versatility and confidence I have in them. Doesn’t matter time, day, location… they are always good-to-go. They’re American made, they fit perfect, feel great, but ultimately - with button downs being such a key part of my day-to-day style - they definitely have to look a certain way. The colors are bold and the combinations are really strong.”
The last time we were hanging out was near his Murray Hill apartment and we snapped the above shot of him sporting The Salinger shirt. A perfect opportunity arose for us to continue showcasing more of our friends that love Jack Robie and are doing great things of their own. Keep up the awesome work, Blair.
